Terms and conditions 

Delivery time:

From the moment you place your order, it will be processed in 1-2 business days. The parcel will take more or less time to reach you, depending on the country of destination. Delivery times reflect the information received from the courier, any delays or discrepancies are to be attributed to the courier himself. At the start of the order, an email will be sent to the customer with all the details of the shipment for online tracking.

ITALY: deliveries to Italy generally take 1/2 working days. Shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may be extended by 1 or 2 working days. Deliveries in Italy are mainly made by SDA on working days, from Monday to Friday.

EUROPE: deliveries to Europe generally take 2/3 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: deliveries to the rest of the world have different and variable delivery times depending on the distance of the destination.

 

Shipping cost:

ITALY: € 8 (free for orders over € 100)

 

EUROPE: € 15 SWITZERLAND: € 22

 

UNITED STATES: € 26

 

REST OF THE WORLD: to be quantified

The shipping cost does not include any customs duties and taxes, which, if foreseen by the country of destination, will be considered fully charged to the recipient. Their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination. Upon receipt of the goods at home, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancies and / or discrepancies, the Customer must note exactly the same on the transport document (delivery note or waybill) under penalty of forfeiture of asserting their rights in this regard.

Exchanges and returns:

You can return or change part of the order or the complete order within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.clipclappers.it. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Send an email to info@clipclappers.it specifying: - Name and surname - A phone number - The identification number of the order - The article code of the item to be returned - The reasons for the return - If you want to replace the product or be refunded Once we have received your return email, we will respond by explaining the various steps necessary for the return procedure. The address to send the goods will be provided. (the shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer). You can return one or more products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with an identification tag and seal. Prepare the properly sealed package before collection. Any return / exchange can also be made by hand in Florence. Lia Pantzer - Clipclappers reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or returned late, or for items that are not in the same condition in which you received them. After receiving the product and checking the integrity of the returned items, we will send you another return acceptance or denial email. If the return is accepted we will refund the returned items. Any shipping costs in the original order will not be refunded. As for the changes, just indicate the new desired size and it will be sent to you. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will refer to the costs indicated above. (Free shipping for orders over € 100 is not valid for exchanges)

An exchange or return will be accepted only if the following conditions are met: - The desire to return or exchange an item must be communicated via email within 14 working days of receipt of the order; -The items must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; - The items must be returned in their original packaging, with attached tags, and in their original condition, complete with all their parts, otherwise the refund can be made but the value will be evaluated and decreased in relation to the incomplete items; -Items returned from the same order must be returned in a single shipment; (*) The Consumer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the returned goods are obviously damaged by for example signs of wear, use, abrasion, scratches, scratches, deformations, or not complete with all their elements and accessories, the Consumer will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to residual value of the Product. For this reason, I invite the Consumer to handle the purchased item with caution in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products but not to use or damage them.
